Classic Chocolate Crackles

Who doesn't love a Chocolate Crackle? Crunchy and sweet, fun to make - what more could you ask for?
You will have to excuse the photos as I got to the end and thought to myself "What on earth makes this sweet?".
Then realised I hadn't added the icing sugar - embarrassing!
I used the Kellogg's recipe as noted below;

INGREDIENTS
4 cups Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles® (I may have used the Woolies brand!)
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut (I left this out as we aren't big coconut fans!)
250g copha®*, chopped
3 Tbsp cocoa

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, mix the Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles®, icing sugar, cocoa & coconut.


2. Slowly melt the copha® in a saucepan over a low heat. Allow to cool slightly. Add to Rice Bubbles mixture, stirring until well combined.




3. Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and refrigerate until firm.


I sprinkled ours with Tutti Fruity candy, much to my Hubby's disgust haha!
