Caramilk Rocky Road

Inspired by a dessert gift box my Husband had delivered for my birthday, we decided to try and recreate the Caramilk Rocky Road as it was so yummy!

Rich in flavour, a little goes a long way so I decided instead of doing pieces, I would pop into patty cases to make the serving size smaller. It was still quite rich so I ended up cutting them in half.

I never really follow a recipe, and normally wing it. All the ingredients were purchased from Woolworths, so easy to find.

Ingredients
1 x packet of marshmallows
1 x packet of raspberry lollies (I used Allen's)
2 x family blocks of Cadbury Caramilk
3 x packets of Lotus Biscoff biscuits

1. Break up the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into pieces. I did quite chunky pieces. Add the the marshmallows and the raspberry lollies

2. Break up the Cadbury Caramilk chocolate into pieces

3. Melt the Cadbury Caramilk chocolate either in the microwave or over a double boiler (which is what I did).

4. Once the Cadbury Caramilk Chocolate is melted, mix the melted chocolate and dry ingredients together. Try to resist licking the spoon - ha!

5. Once all ingredients are mixed together, either place into patty cases or into a baking tray. Pop in the fridge and wait until set (normally a hour will do it!).

6. Once set, all that's left to do is enjoy!

If you happen to give this idea a go, I'd love if you could let me know how it went and don't forget to tag me on instagram.

Have a lovely week!
